No. Builds spend build minutes. Hosted CLI tools spend tool credits plus browser, sandbox, crawl, and artifact allowances. They are separate buckets inside the same subscription. ### Is Creator still $19 per month? Yes. The public plan catalog currently lists Creator at $19 per month and Pro at $39 per month. ### Do all plans include hosted CLI tools? Yes, but the allowance changes by plan.
