Fair usage
The public promise stays bounded while the product is in beta.
Browser tools accept public HTTPS targets only. Quotas block or queue work when the plan allowance is exhausted. Browser Sessions are capped and Pro-only while vc-tools is in beta. Build minutes and VC Tool credits are separate buckets inside the same subscription. Overage is opt-in only for launch; no default enterprise or contact-sales tier is advertised.

Why are there so many separate limit rows?
Different work spends different infrastructure. Separate rows keep recovery clear when storage, builds, Pulses, or vc-tools hit a limit.
Can a user borrow build minutes for browser QA?
No. Build minutes and VC Tool credits are separate buckets and do not borrow from one another.
Are Browser Sessions available on every paid plan?
